Joining an existing group is easy! Simply let us know your preferred tour destination and dates. We will check the current availability and swiftly confirm your addition to the group, provided the minimum participation requirements are met.
We specialize in crafting authentic and unforgettable journeys. Our core services include tailor-made private tours, general group travel, and professional Corporate/MICE arrangements. Our deep local expertise covers cultural, historical, nature, and complex cross-border itineraries throughout East Africa.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised and essentially mandatory. Your policy must include adequate coverage for medical emergencies, emergency evacuation/repatriation, and trip cancellation/interruption. Safarisway is not financially liable for any costs incurred due to the lack of appropriate insurance.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, required visas, and any mandatory health certificates or vaccinations for the countries included in your itinerary (Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa), are in order before departure.
To confirm and secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation. A booking is only finalized once this deposit is successfully received and you have been issued a written confirmation from Safarisway.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 15 days before your tour start date. For all bookings made within 15 days of the scheduled departure, immediate full payment is necessary to confirm the reservation.
We primarily accept secure methods such as bank transfers, PayPal, and credit card payments. Should you require an alternative payment method, please contact our team directly for verification and assistance.
Tour prices are calculated based on current exchange rates and regional service costs. However, once your booking is confirmed and paid for in full, the price is guaranteed. We reserve the right to adjust prices before full payment only if there are significant and unforeseen fluctuations in operational costs (as detailed in Section 3 of our T&Cs).
International flights are generally not included in the tour price. However, one of our key services is arranging seamless domestic and regional flights within East Africa. We can include these internal flight costs in your personalized tour package upon request.
While we strive to adhere strictly to the confirmed itinerary, the Company reserves the right to make necessary modifications to routes, accommodations, or services. This is done only in cases of unforeseen operational changes (e.g., adverse weather, supplier issues, political advisories) to ensure the continued quality and safety of your trip (as detailed in Section 5)
